Dave Jacoby

Dave has been an all-around helpful guy and a regular conference meeting attendee. His input and random task taking has been an invaluable asset this year.

Dave has been involved with Purdue Perl Mongers since 2007 and has been an organizer of HackLafayette since 2013, when he and Joe Kline performed a palace coup.

Not counting a semester of BASIC earlier in life, Dave has been programming since 1996, most of that time with Perl. He is the maintainer for the Expect module.

This is Dave’s third YAPC/TPC as an attendee, his first as a presenter and first as a volunteer.
